"crime scenes are being investigated"... continue to work to identify the victims "impacted" by this... He's already talking about it in past tense... he says a "nine eleven call"-- It's supposed be nine one one.... police "immediately responded" to the Norris hall situation... (but there was a standdown!!! acc to reports)... U. closed for remainder of day?... that's all? .,.. already a gathering for "healing process"...
